I am motivated by the belief that organizations should make sense to the people who lead them and the people who work within them. When roles, expectations, and decision pathways are clear, leaders are freed to focus on judgment rather than constant problem-solving. My work centers on helping organizations pause long enough to understand how they actually function, not how they are intended to function, and then redesigning from that reality. I care deeply about building environments where leadership is steady, decisions are grounded, and progress is durable.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, and growth. I have been entrusted with guiding organizations through moments that required both scale and restraint, expansion and discipline. This has included building organizations from the ground up, restructuring leadership systems that had outgrown their original design, and supporting teams as they transitioned across regions, cultures, and regulatory contexts. The impact of my work is measured not by rapid change, but by organizations that continue to function effectively long after I step back.
My perspective has been shaped by working globally and leading in environments where assumptions rarely hold and context matters deeply.
